A complete redesign for ZLC Air Conditioning, an installation, servicing and repair business covering the Sunshine Coast, North Brisbane and Gympie. The new site is custom-coded from the ground up with a clean, modern interface, a guided quote builder and fast, mobile-first pages, so homeowners can go from searching to booking in a few taps.
The challenge
ZLC needed a website that matched the standard of their work. Most customers find a local air conditioning business on their phone, often when something has already gone wrong, so the site had to build trust in seconds and make it effortless to call or ask for a quote.
The approach
Built entirely in custom code, with no page builder or template. The design leads with a clear promise, real photography and Google reviews, then guides visitors through services, a simple step-by-step process and the areas covered. A three-step quote builder asks only what is needed to price a job, with urgent breakdowns routed straight to a phone call. On mobile, call and quote buttons stay within thumb reach on every page.
The outcome
A fast, modern website that presents ZLC as the established, professional business it is. Enquiries arrive with the job type, location and details already captured, so quotes can go back quickly. In the client's own words: “really happy with how the website turned out.”
