1. Services
Bakewell Digital provides web design, development, hosting, maintenance, and data services to clients on a project or retainer basis. The scope of services is agreed in writing prior to commencement.
2. Quotes & Proposals
All quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. A written agreement or purchase order is required before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery. Recurring services (hosting, maintenance) are billed monthly.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed in the proposal. Requests that fall outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Bakewell Digital retains the right to display completed work in portfolio materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Liability
Bakewell Digital's liability is limited to the value of the project fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to termination will be invoiced accordingly.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
